I don't really know what to say. I don't like giving bad reviews, so the best thing I can say is it wasn't for me.
Too much back by Jeremy. I understand that he had issues with his upbringing, but He was Marine for 10 years, who had been in combat. It's not that difficult figure out that you don't want to keep being a Marine and that his father's influence was oppressive an stifling. If you love someone, there's always a way to work it out.
And Madison. Have a little self respect and don't run after a man who keeps saying no. I mean she pushed and pushed and pushed. I get that he really was in love with her, but I just wouldn't do that. You tell me know, I will find a guy who will tell me yes. It shouldn't have to be that much work. Because no matter what the ultimate result was, she went through heartache.
The writing was just okay. Nothing special. I wound't recommend this book and I wouldn't read any others in the seris.
