I thought it was cute. Jake and Liv had angst, dilemma and connection. I knew from the beginning that Liv's mentor was her saboteur. I think I would have liked it more if Nancy had been the cause of the fire.
We didn't get enough of the friends or a response to what happened with Jake by Austin, which could have been funny. But this was a cute and fast read.
I identified with Liv and not wanting to get too close because of a father's past. I only wish I had found my Jake.
