I did some stairs near my house. It's an alternative workout. Doesn't give me the same steps as running or walking a couple miles, but I sweat more and my calves are killing me and it's only the end of the day. I was going to run tomorrow, but I may only be able to walk. Got to keep going. Every day is a new day.
