4 BLIZZARD STARS
Jenna Thompson feels the need to make up for her part, inadvertently though it was, for ending the marriage of Grant Mitchell and his wife five years ago. So when his sister hatches a plan for Jenna to show up at his place in Manhattan in order to get him back to Florida for his fathers seventy-fifth birthday celebration, Jenna hesitantly goes along.
Once she's in Grants apartment, during a early mid fall snow storm, nothing goes as planned as she's forced to stay in his apartment to ride out the storm. Grant catches on to her machinations, though he doesn't know what she's really up to, until she's forced to confess all.

Lots of hot steamy sex and funny moments make this novella really cute. I liked how Jenna was coached by Grant's sister in the art of flirting and she didn't know how own attraction to the opposite sex. I loved how Grant kept her around even though he knew she was up to something, finding little clues of her deception.

Yes, they fell into sex and like a little too fast. But who cares when the story is fun and the sex is hot? The only thing that kept it from being more stars was the fact that I could loose track of who was saying what. Sometimes things were from Grant's perspective and sometimes they were from Jenna's. But there was no clear distinction and I would get confused as to who was voicing the story. And it ended kind of clunky. Other than that, good effort on the part of the author. I would have liked to have continued reading more about of these characters.
