Day 1 - Exercise

It was hard getting out of bed. I used to go to the gym 6 days a week, but it recently closed, I'm sure due to the recession. I can't afford the gym my old training partner is now going to, so I have decided to get into shape on my own. I used to run 5 miles a day and never realized how hard it was to get there. I'm feeling it now, with my age and my weight, but I'm determined to get there.

This is small, but a step in the right direction. I'm crossing my fingers that I can build back up.

I'm not posting my weight, because it's the largest I've ever been in my entire life and refuse to even get on the scale. But I have a doctors appointment on June 24th and I'm sure they will weigh me. That will be the first day I post it.
