SWOON by Nina Malkin

This book was an interesting idea, although it lacked depth in character. Sin was out for revenge and Dice was looking for love since her best friend Ruby died and her, too busy, parents have shipped her off to Connecticut to live alone, yet be watched over by her aunt who's having and affair an and cousin who's soul purpose is to lose her virginity and keep looking for that feeling like a drug from any source she can.

Sin being mystically made up of earth, wind, emotions and a little Native American magic is an interesting concept, for falls short of what this person can do when he becomes real flesh and blood. Having extra strength, the ability to cajole anyone into doing anything you want them to and the constant latent sexual energy he wields is a bit much for a book for teen girls, in my opinion.

I wanted to like, it but the constant sexual escapades as well as the lack of real stakes, leaves this story flat for me.
