I didn't run for the past several days because I was still suffering from migraines as well as I had to be in the valley for something first thing yesterday morning. Was out of the house and traveling at 6:00 a.m. I also ran a new route. I think I like this much better.
I didn't sleep very well last night cause I'm going through some things. Hoping they will be over soon, but who knows. But I got up and ran anyway. It felt good to run off some tension, but I'm still feeling it a bit. I felt like I pushed myself to run a bit more. I will keep trying to do that so I can do three miles of straight running before I start trying to do hills. I'm still walking too much when I get winded. I'm sure that's because I'm not consistent in my daily running.
Well, I'm off to shower and read for the rest of the day. I have so much material coming my way, I really have to get on the ball.
