My rating: 4 of 5 stars
I loved the first book in this series and I really liked this one as well. I kept waiting for Dante and Jaime to figure out what they were to each other. I could tell that their walls were in the way of their true feelings.
When Jaime went off on the pack members who were treating her no differently then those who threw Trey out of his pack when he was a kid, had me clapping. I was surprised by Tao, who was such an advocated for Taryn when her wolf was suppressed, in how he treated Jaime. I thought Jaime holding back was part of her problem. It just made her wolf more and more agressive, but understood her desire not to hurt anyone. I also thought she was hysterical when she was so defiant to everything Dante said.
I was also very upset with Nick about Shaya and how he was treating her.
I don't want to give anything away. I just want everyone to read the the story.
